Indonesian Foods
Indonesia is a beautiful country, and has a lot of culture. Indonesia also has kind of food. There are traditional food and modern food. Traditional food usually a food from a city in Indonesia, and it is a special food from this city. Traditional food usually made of natural substance, and don’t made of chemical substance. But, modern food is a food like western food. It is a fast food, and usually made some of chemical substance to make this food. But, it is not always.
There are some kinds of traditional foods in Indonesia. Traditional food usually sold in traditional market. The price of traditional food is cheap. The examples of traditional food are getuk, tiwul, pecel, etc. This food can we find easier in traditional market. Getuk and tiwul are made of cassava, but both of them have different taste. The taste of getuk is sweet and tiwul is salty. The shape of food also different, getuk is solid structure and tiwul like shape of rice. But the taste is delicious. Indonesia also has pecel, it is a healthy food for all of person. Because this food made of some vegetables, such as cabbage, bean sprouts, carrot, cucumber, spinach. This vegetable is very healthy for person, because there are a lot of vitamins for body. This vegetable is boiled to made pecel. The spice is made of peanut. It is also very delicious.
There are some kinds of modern food. Modern foods are like junk food and fast food. Now, in the world there are a lot of outlet junk foods. They are usually selling fried chicken, because it is very simple food. But, modern food is not healthy for consumer. But now, the citizen is choosing to eat junk food because it is fast and cheap.

My Idol


Almost all people in the world have idol. Idol is someone who is admired and respected very much. People usually have idol from public figure, maybe singer or actress. But, my idol is my friend. My idol’s name is whempy. I met him in my school four years ago, when my school had event of celebration. He is a consultant for my event, and I am a treasurer in this event. So, we have good relation. I look him like my brother, because he has good attitude and very kind. In the first, I don’t know who is whempy.
            The reality, whempy is a good man. He lives with his mother and his sister, without father. He thinks that he is a man in his family, so he must be the best. But actually, he is the last children in this family. This family is not rich, his life is less. In the junior high school, when his school finished, he worked in anywhere. Such as, traditional market, in the shop to be a shop keeper, and etc. but he never beefs about his life. He thinks that life is cruel, but he must leave it when he wants to be the best person.
He never asks some money to his mother, but he tries to get it with his effort. I am proud of him, because he has strong spirit to still a live. He always gives me solution when I have problem. He is so careful with any other person around him. I want to have strong spirit like him. Now, he is already successful with his job in Bekasi. His spirit makes me think, that is my idol. I look him from simplicity for life. He is struggling to still a live. It is very different with the teenager now. Whempy is not famous people, but the story of life makes proud. And, it is my idol.

Love is Candy


Candy is something to eat, and has sweet taste like love. Love is a feeling from God, and it is very funny. But sometimes love makes someone sad, make someone crying. Candy has some tastes, there are sweet, mint, sour, like love. Love has some feelings, sometimes happy and sad. Every person ever feels falling in love, and it is true. Everyone also has love, and love not only with partner, boyfriend, or girlfriend. But love can be made for family, friend, or something special. In my life, my first love is dedicated for my God and than my family.

Indonesian Foods


There are two kinds of food, it is modern food and traditional food. There are some kinds of modern food in Indonesia, such as, fried rice, noodle, and any kinds of junk food. There are a lot of junk food outlets in Indonesia and some of them selling fried chicken. But, junk food usually makes us unhealthy. Indonesia also has traditional food, such as pecel, gethuk, and tiwul. In the past, tiwul is usually made from basic food, like rice. Tiwul and gethuk are made from tuber. But, tiwul and gethuk have different taste. The taste of gethuk is sweet and tiwul is salty. Pecel is traditional food from Indonesia. There are kinds of vegetable to make pecel and the spice is made from peanut. The traditional food usually makes us healthy because the composition does not use preservative. So it is very different with modern food.

Superstition


In this world, there are many superstitions. But, I don’t believe it. Because, I think it is just a culture, and superstition is a history in our country or hometown. I live in central java, where there are a lot of superstitions. Such as, people are not allowed to sleep in the evening. It means, when we sleep in the evening there are some devils which take us away. I don’t believe it, so I think it is just some ways to make someone afraid. When we sleep in the evening, it can make me feel confuse because it is a change of time from evening to night

Tips Pola Hidup Sehat

  1. Kurangi makanan berlemak tinggi, seperti mentega, margarine, dan santan. Lebih baik dapatkan asupan lemak alami dari kacang-kacangan atau biji-bijian. Lupakan jeroan, otak, makanan berkuah santan kental, kulit ayam dan kuning telur. Pilihlah daging tanpa lemak, makanan berkuah bening, susu rendah lemak, susu kedelai, yogurt, putih telur, dan ikan sebagai sumber protein yang baik

  2. Sedapat mungkin hindari bahan pangan atau bahan pengawet yang dalam jangka panjang dapat menjadi pemicu kanker.

  3. Pilih makanan atau minuman yang berwarna putih alami (bukan di-bleach). Gunakan pewarna dari bahan makanan misalnya warnet coklatnya dari bubuk coklat, merahnya strowbery, kuningnya kunyit, dan hijaunya daun suji. Jangan menambahkan saus, kecap, garam dan bumbu-bumbu penyedap secara berlebihan. Perbanyak makan buah dan sayuran.

  4. Teknik pengolahan makanan juga mempengaruhi mutu makanan. Pilih makanan dengan metode memasak dikukus, direbus, atau ditumis dengan sedikit minyak.

  5. Perbanyak minum air putih, mineral 8 gelas sehari, hindari minuman beralkohol, bersoda dan minuman dengan kandungan gula dan kafein tinggi. Jus sayuran dan buah baik untuk menjaga dan memelihara kesehatan tubuh.

POLA MAKAN SEHAT

Sudah menjadi kodratnya apabila semua makhluk hidup memerlukan makanan. Apalagi manusia sebagai mahkluk yang paling sempurna tentunya membutuhkan makanan untuk mendapatkan sumber tenaga, mempertahankan ketahanan tubuh dalam menghadapi serangan penyakit dan untuk tumbuh kembang. Tentunya untuk bisa mewujudkan kegunaan makanan tersebut dengan baik tidak bisa sembarang makanan yang dimakan. Apalagi di zaman sekarang ini banyak penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh pola makan yang salah. Oleh karena itu tentunya kita harus mengetahui bagaimana pola makan sehat itu. Untuk memperoleh pola makan yang sehat itu paling tidak ada 3 kriteria yang harus kita penuhi antara lain:
1. Jumlah makanan yang kita konsumsi
Kita harus menyeimbangkan jumlah kalori yang masuk dengan jumlah energi yang kita keluarkan. Apabila jumlah kalori yang masuk lebih besar dari energi yang kita keluarkan maka kita akan mengalami kelebihan berat badan.
Selain jumlahnya, komposisipun harus seimbang seperti karbohidratsebanyak 60-70%, protein sebanyak 10-15%, Lemak sebanyak 20-25%, vitamin dan mineral (A, D, E, K, B, C, dan Ca).
2. Jenis makanan yang kita konsumsi
Jenis makanan yang kita konsumsi harus mengandung karbohidrat, protein, lemak dan nutrien spesifik.
Karbohidrat komplek bisa kita penuhi dari gandum, beras, terigu, buah dan sayuran. Pilih karbohidrat yang berserat tinggi dan kurangi karbohidrat yang berasal dari gula, sirup dan makanan yang manis-manis. Konsumsi makanan yang manis paling banyak 3-5 sendok makan per hari.
Kebutuhan tubuh akan serat sebanyak lebih dari 25 gram per hari. Untuk memenuhinya diajurkan untuk mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur.
Konsumsi protein harus lengkap antara protein nabati dan hewani. Sumber protein nabati didapat dari kedelai, tempe dan tahu, sedangkan protein hewani berasal dari ikan, daging (sapi, ayam, kerbau, kambing).
Tubuh manusia juga membutuhkan lemak, akan tetapi konsumsi lemak yang berlebihan akan menimbulkan dampak yang negatif, untuk itu dianjurkan untuk tidak berlebihan dalam mengkonsumsi lemak.
Sumber vitamin dan mineral terdapat pada vitamin A (hati, susu, wortel, dan sayuran), vitamin D (ikan, susu, dan kuning telur), vitamin E (minyak, kacang-kacangan, dan kedelai), vitamin K (brokoli, bayam dan wortel), vitamin B (gandum, ikan, susu, dan telur), serta kalsium (susu, ikan, dan kedelai).
3. Jadwal makan
Jadwal makan harus teratur, lebih baik makan dalam jumlah yang sedikit tapi sering dan teratur daripada makan dalam porsi banyak tapi tidak teratur.
Sedangkan Direktorat Gizi Masyarakat Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan Pedoman Umum Gizi Seimbang sebagai berikut:
  1. Makanlah aneka ragam makanan
  2. Makanlah makanan untuk memenuhi kecukupan energi
  3. Makanlah makanan sumber karbohidrat setengah dari kebutuhan energi
  4. Batasi konsumsi lemak dan minyak sampai seperempat dari kebutuhan energi
  5. Gunakan garam beryodium
  6. Makanlah makanan sumber zat besi
  7. Berikan ASI saja kepada bayi sampai umur empat bulan
  8. Biasakan makan pagi
  9. Minumlah air bersih, aman yang cukup jumlahnya
  10. Lakukan kegiatan fisik dan olah raga secara teratur
  11. Hindari minum minuman beralkohol
  12. Makanlah makanan yang aman bagi kesehatan
  13. Bacalah label pada makanan yang dikemas.
Salah satu indikator apakah pola makan kita sudah seimbang atau belum yaitu dengan menggunakan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) untuk mengetahui berat badan ideal yang bisa anda ukur di sini.
Dengan mengetahui pola makan sehat seperti diatas diharapkan kita bisa selalu menjaga kesehatan tubuh kita.
